Terms of Use

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms apply when you use the Yaaryug app or yaaryug.com. By using Yaaryug you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Yaaryug is operated by Aashish Regmi ("we", "us"). Contact: support@yaaryug.com.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google, or play as a guest. Keep your device and sign-in secure; you are responsible for what happens on your account. A guest account lives on one device and can be lost if you remove the app before linking it.

Playing fair and being kind

Your @handle, display name, the words you play and the reactions you send are seen by other players. Do not:

• pick a handle or name that is hateful, sexual, threatening, or impersonates someone;
• use words in games to harass, threaten or abuse anyone;
• cheat, use bots, exploit bugs or interfere with matches or our servers;
• spam friend requests or invites;
• break the law or someone else's rights.

You can block or report any player. We may hide content, reset a handle, limit features, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.

Premium and purchases

Premium is sold through the App Store or Google Play and benefits only your own account. Prices, renewal and refunds follow the store's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in your store account settings; deleting your Yaaryug account does not cancel them.

Extra plays earned by watching ads, and any other in-app items, have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may expire.

Ads

Free players see ads. Ads come from third parties and we are not responsible for their content.

Our content

The games, artwork, sounds and software are ours or our licensors'. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own entertainment. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or build competing services from it.

Changes and availability

We keep improving Yaaryug, so games, features and limits may change, and some may be added or retired. We may update these terms; if a change is significant we will tell you in the app. The service may sometimes be unavailable.

Ending

You can stop using Yaaryug and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal reasons.

Disclaimer and liability

Yaaryug is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
