Common questions
How do I add a friend?
Go to Friends and search their @handle, enter their 8-character friend code, or open the share link they sent you.
My friend can't find me.
Double-check the spelling of your @handle, or send your friend code or share link instead. Players who have blocked each other can't find one another.
A match ended on its own.
If a player leaves or loses connection for too long, the match ends so nobody is stuck waiting. Your daily play is refunded if the game never started.
I bought premium but don't have it.
Open the premium screen and tap Restore purchase, using the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with. Still missing? Email us with your @handle.
How do I cancel premium?
Subscriptions are managed by the store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on iPhone, or Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android.
Someone is being rude.
Block or report them from Friends. Blocking removes them from your friends and stops them finding, adding or inviting you. They aren't told.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Delete Account. Can't open the app? See Delete your account.
