Delete your Yaaryug account

You can delete your account and its data at any time. It is permanent and cannot be undone.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Yaaryug and go to Profile.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. Your account is erased straight away.

Have a subscription? Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel it.

If you can't open the app

Email support@yaaryug.com with the subject Delete my Yaaryug account. Include your @handle and friend code, and send it from the email address of the Apple or Google account you sign in with if you can. We may ask one question to confirm the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days and reply when it is done.

Guest accounts live only on the device that created them and have no sign-in, so they can only be deleted from the app on that device. Removing the app also leaves a guest account unreachable.

What is deleted

• Your profile: @handle, display name, avatar and pronoun choice
• Your friends, friend requests and blocks
• Your matches, game history, stats and rivalries
• Your devices, push tokens, notifications and settings
• Your rewarded-ad credits and daily play counters
• Your sign-in with Apple or Google

What is kept, and for how long

• Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Raw store data is removed after 30 days.
• Your @handle is held for 30 days so nobody can impersonate you, then anyone can take it.
• Security logs and reports about rule-breaking are kept up to 1 year, or longer if needed to protect other players.
